If you don't already have a meeting name, use the group name, or some combination with group name, meeting day, time, type (e.g. As Bill Sees It, Promises, Beginner, Step, etc.). Meeting names are unique values in the database, so we may adjust the name to avoid duplicates.
What time does this meeting start?
If your meeting is more than 1 hour long, please enter the end time in the notes section
Enter additional information specific to this meeting such as “hand sanitizer available”, "chip meeting on 3rd Wednesday", etc. Also add any special instructions to the meeting change team (i.e. meeting is 1-1/2 hours).
This information should be specific to the location, not just your meeting as it will appear for every meeting at this location
. For example: "parking is not permitted in the church parking lot", "take the outside stairs at rear of Education Center to the 2nd floor."
