Events
This events calendar is provided as a resource for A.A. events which are open to all A.A. members. The events are not limited to local functions and may include other A.A. events of interest to our members. We do not list events solely for members of an individual group or meeting. As anonymity is the “spiritual foundation of all our Traditions,” we practice anonymity on this website and follow the A.A. Internet Guidelines. Therefore no personally identifiable information about any A.A. member, living or dead, including phone numbers, full names, addresses, or photographs, are permitted on the website, or a flyer for submission. To submit an event, please send us an email.
District 14 Monthly Meeting
The District 14 monthly meeting is held at 7PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month online via Zoom.
Meeting ID: 973 9159 5424
Passcode: DCM14
District 14 is the Area-Wide (Area 12 – Delaware) online district.
Seventh Tradition contributions can be made through Stripe or by check, sent to District 14, 248 Benjamin Blvd, Bear, DE 19701.
The district meetings are an excellent resource for addressing group problems and concerns. Anyone may attend, but generally the group General Service Representative (GSR) attends on the group’s behalf and is kept up-to-date on A.A. activities and topics of interest at these monthly meetings.
In matters affecting A.A. as a whole, a group’s “conscience” is communicated to the Area Assembly by their GSR through the district committee member (DCM), who is an essential link between the GSRs and the area delegate to the General Service Conference. As leader of the district committee, the DCM is exposed to the group conscience of the district through the participation of the GSRs.
