A.A. Group Forms

The General Service Office (G.S.O.) of Alcoholics Anonymous keeps track of the master list of A.A. groups and registering your group is done so that your group is formally recognized as an A.A. group.

For general information on A.A. Groups, please go here.

  • Register a Group — Use this form to list your group with the G.S.O. This form will accept listings for groups that meet in-person (including hybrid), or just meet online. It also lets groups decide which district and area they wish to be part of. Generally, in-person groups use their geographic proximity to make this decision. In Southern DE, it would be one of the four districts (1, 2, 3 and 13) each representing a geographic region in Area 12. Online groups originating in Southern DE who may feel rooted here are welcome to approach the one of the four local districts about participating.
  • Change of Information Form for Existing Groups — Use this if you need to change any of your registered group’s information (GSR, group name, location, etc.)
